At Chapman Tool & Manufacturing, we have what it takes to handle all of our customers Injection Molding needs. Our staff of managers and processors are highly knowledgable, experienced, and continually think outside the mold to ensure the highest quality product.

We work with a large, and growing, list of cost effective to high-performance materials in order to fit your products needs. With the knowledge and experience our managers have, we can offer support on chosing the proper material for the job at hand, whether large, small, simple, or complex.

With 14 Nissei injection molding machines that range from 44 to 400 tons, we can make parts of many sizes while maintaining the highest quality. Our machines are precision and computer controlled, and also are operated by trained and knowledge operators.

If your product needs additional processes, we have a Secondary department within our facility. Additionally, we offer Clean Room Molding, follow JIT philosophy, honor Kan Ban delivery and have an exceptional history providing responsive service for our customers.
